

When something says anything related to trying to imitate a meat product in vegan form, it’s bad enough that it usually tastes bad, but when you’re told something resembles a Lox based (read smoked fish) cream cheese, it’s bad enough that the cashew cheese is fighting the flavor of…coconut milk.

I’m not vegan or on a non -dairy diet and I’m not interested in being either (nor debating it) BUT I would be foolish to say that there aren’t some good plant based alternatives out there for CERTAIN products, this isn’t one of them.
